Thanks for taking the time to consider my application for Executive Producer.

I’ve been in the creative advertising industry for over ten years - the last six of which have been in studio-leading integrated and digital production roles.

I’ve been an Executive Producer for UK-based Goodboy Digital for the last year and a half. Now I’ve moved permanently back to Sydney, I’ve continued in this role remotely and am looking for a similarly stimulating and challenging local role, where I can continue working with some of the biggest, best and most exciting clients in the world.

I’m motivated by originality – new thinking, new technology, new ways of looking at old problems. If I’ve seen it before, it doesn’t excite me – so how will it excite the consumer? My passion for innovation, process and exploration is constantly driving me to challenge traditional methods, applying original concepts in a creative way.  I have grown comfortable scoping and quoting projects that are completely new territory.

I have a lot of professional experience in conceptualising and producing innovative Out-of-Home, dynamic data-driven, experiential and digital activations that bridge both the physical and digital worlds.

Working at JCDecaux Australia heading up the Creative Solutions team provided me with an outstanding opportunity to see countless projects through from inception to completion. In this hybrid role of strategy and production, I thrived at coming up with a huge range of world-first experiences that delivered value and I enjoyed producing these campaigns to the highest quality possible.

I have a lot of experience developing pitches, advising clients on design/user-journey, proposing surprising uses of technology to engage with diverse time-poor audiences as well as sourcing and collaborating with suppliers and team members to create unique, shareable experiences (often within strict brand guidelines or using specific assets). I’m no stranger to budgeting, feasibility assessments, gaining approvals, creating relevant documentation and working with a variety of project management tools and techniques.

My degree in Multimedia Technology gave me a hands on knowledge of digital design, videography, and web development - which, throughout my career, has put me at a great advantage understanding, managing broad teams with diverse skill sets, liaising and negotiating with clients, suppliers and creatives.

I pride myself on my adaptability, approachability and ability to deliver quality projects on time and on budget while managing multiple stakeholders all with a smile. I have a can-do attitude and put time into crafting tight SOWs that allow the right type of flexibility.

Finally, contrary to the cringeworthy shameless self-promotion here, I owe my success to the colleagues and teams I’ve been lucky enough to work with, as well as the clients who have challenged me. I’m excited at the prospect of working with all the other monks to produce the best digital projects and campaigns the world has seen, and would love the opportunity to discuss my suitability for the position.
